apur event - 9th May- SOLAR+BESS seminar for the dairy industry in partner
ship with WWF</a>\nDairy farming is more than a livelihood it's a way of l
ife deeply woven into the heart of Maharashtra. But rising energy costs\,
unreliable grid power\, and growing environmental pressures are quietly be
coming some of the biggest challenges dairy farmers and processors face to
day. That's why Solaron\, in partnership with WWF\, brought together dairy
industry leaders\, farmers\, and energy experts in Kolhapur for an honest
\, ground-level conversation about what clean energy can actually look lik
e for this sector. This seminar explored how Solar + Battery Energy Storag
e Systems (BESS) can work hand-in-hand with dairy operations from running
milking equipment and chillers round the clock\, to cutting electricity bi
lls and reducing dependence on diesel generators. No jargon\, no one-size-
fits-all pitches just real solutions\, tailored to the realities of dairy
businesses in the region. Kolhapur\, one of Maharashtra's most vibrant dai
ry hubs\, was the perfect setting for this conversation. Because sustainab
le energy adoption doesn't start in boardrooms it starts in communities li
ke this one\, where the stakes are personal and the potential is enormous.
At Solaron\, we believe that the future of Indian agriculture and the fut
ure of clean energy aren't separate paths they're the same one. Events lik
e these are our way of walking that path together\, one dairy\, one roofto
p\, one bright idea at a time.
